Description:

In order to meet the requirements of different users, the strip catalyst with molecular sieve ZSM-5 processing, 3.2-3.4m in diameter, the bulk density is greater than or equal to 0.61g/ml; the catalyst has high strength suitable for fixed bed catalytic cracking device for waste plastic oil as raw material, continuous feeding, cracking performance is good, the service life is long. More suitable for catalyst regeneration.

Properties:

In the non hydrogenation condition, high silicon molecular sieve catalyst has porous structure, can be selectively for long chain n-alkanes and branched alkanes are single cleavage reaction, while retaining the multibranched alkanes, alkanes paraffins and aromatics.The catalyst is a non- presence of hydrogen using environment state , and limits the coke precursors deposited inside the zeolite channels , thus prolonging the reaction period , and can be the source of hydrogen in the absence of small and medium sized refinery use . Distilled oil color yellow, the density can reach 83-85. Eliminates the hassle brought about acid wash, save time and increase efficiency.
