Non-hydro-dewaxing catalyst
Introduction:
The Non-Hydro-Dewaxing catalyst adopt molecular sieve with selection effect to manufacturer. After put into the fixed bed, it could take part in liquid phrase and gas phrase catalysis. It could catalyze crude oil, wax oil, used oil, coal tar. The degree of decreasing pouring point is ≥40 ℃.
Application:
On the condition of non-hydro, if use the molecular with pore structure selection, that could make crack reaction for long chain n-alkanes and single chain alkane with selection, and could almost not change multi branched alkyl cycloalkanes as well as arene. So it could reduce the condensation point of distillate, which is suitable for the usage of putting heavy waxy diesel with high condensation transfers into light diesel oil with low condensation. The catalyst has the advantage of high strength and good activity, which could used for catalyze distillate, wax oil, used oil, coal tar, illegal cooking oil, etc. The value of diesel sixteen alkane is relative excellent, while the degree of decreasing pouring point is ≥40 ℃. Besides, the product has the advantage of long service life and good regeneration performance, which could re-use twice or three times.
