Hydration catalyst

 

 

The hydration catalyst is crystalline ZSM-5 Molecular sieve catalyst, which is used for reaction in the serous state. It is a silicoaluminate catalyst whose active point is H+ acid.

The hydration reaction of cyclohexene is one of the core links in the production process of green caprolactam. Cyclohexene was used as raw material to produce cyclohexanol products under suitable process conditions and special catalyst system.
  The catalyst for hydration is a special catalyst for cyclohexene hydration, which can efficiently transform cyclohexene and produce cyclohexanol products with high selectivity.

Hydration catalyst is a zeolite molecular sieve, specifically for cyclohexene hydration ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst.
