Technical brief
A portion of the hydrocarbons in the dry gas are converted directly to the high octane gasoline component by a proprietary catalyst.

The process technology opens up a new way of utilizing refinery gas and has good economic benefits.
The process technology has the characteristics of low investment High yield of the target product, and long single-line operation period of the catalyst.

2. Technical advantages
1 This process technology uses our company’s special LCC-GL type catalyst, which has obvious advantages compared with similar domestic technologies:
The molecular sieve catalyst is specifically modified, and has strong anti-coking ability. The single-pass operation period is ≥100 days; the total catalyst life is ≥4.0 years.
b. Catalyst activity, good stability, high gasoline selectivity.
2 Gasoline products have a sulfur content <10ppm; high octane number (RON) >93.
3 Advanced technology, mature and reliable. The process has been put into use in many sets of industrial devices at home and abroad.
4 The industrial plant has a simple process and low investment. For example, the investment in the 100,000-ton/year installation area is not more than 15 million RMB.
5 The processing energy consumption of the device is low, and the processing energy consumption is generally not more than 60 RMB/ton of raw materials.
