The gas-phase catalyst is a strip, usually in barrels, placed in the catalytic tower when used.

With the increasing shortage of energy, small oil refineries are springing up that use various combustible materials to convert oil and fuel.

But a common problem is that: without the use of catalyst, only pure cracking the first reaction, which may be pure heating raw material, this is a very limited thermal cracking, a lot of long chain and large molecules is still in the original form completely evaporated, reaction is only a purification process.

The catalyst can effectively reduce macromolecules to the molecular weight of about 220 molecules similar to diesel oil and keep the carbon chain structure between 14 and 18 to meet diesel requirements.

Function 3, heterogeneous high integrity.

Catalysts has a significant role in restructuring, both the component that does not belong to gasoline and diesel oil after isomerization reaction, make it into gasoline and diesel oil component, thus wait a aniseed yield, this is no ordinary important function.
