Improve Oil Quality Waste Oil Refinery Catalyst

Application:

The catalyst is for gas phase, the reaction temperature is 300-350c, by means of catalyst cleavage reaction to achieve the purpose of glue removing and viscosity reducing, physicochemical properties improving of the final output oil and to become the high quality fuel oil can be full combustion.

 

The catalyst is silicate compound which is odorless and white strip of solid partiles. It is very stable, not explosive and flammable. It is not dangerous and harzardous substance, very safe to be carried or transported.

 

We supply two kinds of catalyst:

A: waste oil refining special catalyst

The effect: to change the performance and element of the oil gas and decrease the density, then to improve the quality finally.

B: tire oil and plastic oil special catalyst

The effect: to reduce the bad smell and impurities of the oil gas, to make the yellow color final output oil. 

 

The quality indicator:

A :    specific surface(m2  /g) : ≥ 250

         specific pore volume(ml/g) : 0.25

         intensity N : ≥90

         α value: 300-400

         bulk density (kg/l) : 0.7

B :    specific surface(m2  /g) : ≥ 180

         specific pore volume(ml/g) : 0.2

         intensity N : ≥200

         α value: 300-400

         bulk density (kg/l) : 0.7

 

According to the research foundation of company original horizontal cracking, after a year of research and development and under the guidance of relevant chemical professors in domestic college, we have proved the feasibility of this project in our practice. in the course of the research, we constantly develop new technology and research the new development of the use of catalysts, we change the original flow of production to bring good economic benefits for new and old customers. After application of the new technology, we can make the black rubber oil to the red brown  rubber fuel oil and the market price could reach to a high level. And the quality of ice-tea red brown oil is better than the original oil’ quality.

 

The cracking is also based on horizontal double drive rotating processor, we just change the combined or single stove used alone in the original production process. Water vapor and oil steam are separated in the double way tube type, and through the gas phase goes into the catalytic fixed bed (r), after the reaction of special catalyst, change the materialization of oil vapor, and reduce the effect of stickiness and colloidality.

 

Catalytic oil goes through tube into steam to heat in, cooling, shunted out light oil and fuel oil, and light oil’s density is about 0.7, the oil color is cream-colored white oil, fuel oil ‘s density is about 0.85, the oil color is red brown.

 

Material that can be used in catalytic oil refining: waste rubber (tires), plastic (waste industrial plastic), coal tar, waste mineral oil like used engine oil/lubricant oil etc.

 

The use of special catalyst : divided into A agent and B agent. At the same time the two layer are used together, A agent under the conditions of (normal pressure and temperature, can removing arsenic in oil, having the effect of reduction of stickiness and colloidal in the oil. B agent in the conditions of high temperature can remove the colloid, asphalt, residual carbon impurities. Finally it can reduce the oil rubber taste.

 

Catalyst in fixed bed (reaction tower), gas phase reaction airspeed(h-1) : 0.5 ~ 1. The reaction temperature is between 280 ~ 400 ℃. Normally, the catalyst agent A is on the top, and agent B is under agent A, the amount of catalyst for each batch: A agent 37.5kg, B agent 37.5 kg. Total 75kg catalyst and can catalyze about 500 tons of black oil by reactivating the catalyst again and again.

 

If you find that oil have change in normal use, you can take out catalysts after the  production have stop ,and process catalyst regeneration, catalyst is renewable in normal use for 1 ~ 2 times, and won’t affect the quality of catalytic oil.
